We will gladly exchange or reproduce the item to resolve the issue. APPROVED REFUNDS (UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES) ARE PROCESSED THROUGH SHOPIFY AND TAKE 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS USING THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT. Due to covid and related mailing issues, once the item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Creative Works Crafts no longer assumes responsibility or liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier and the customer in hopes of a delivery in a timely manner. Products marked as "Clearance" are final sale only and non-returnable and non-refundable. Creative Works Crafts may request photos of items that customers are requesting to be refunded. Photos can be sent to contact@creativeworkscrafts.com.

Most orders will ship out 1-2 days of ordering (we do not ship out items Sundays or holidays), The process for Custom orders is 5-7 business days. Your order will be shipped first class or priority shipping with USPS which usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. There may be delays during the holiday season. Please ensure your address is correct, once shipped we cannot change the address. Once your package is in the hands of USPS we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, you must contact USPS to file a claim.
