As we strive to provide quality products, customer service and products delivered in a timely manner our biggest goal is to excel in customer service.
There are no refunds on custom items. We will gladly exchange or reproduce the item to resolve the issue.
APPROVED REFUNDS (UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES) ARE PROCESSED THROUGH SHOPIFY AND TAKE 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS USING THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Due to covid and related mailing issues, once the item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Creative Works Crafts no longer assumes responsibility or liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier and the customer in hopes of a delivery in a timely manner.
Products marked as "Clearance" are final sale only and non-returnable and non-refundable.
Creative Works Crafts may request photos of items that customers are requesting to be refunded. Photos can be sent to contact@creativeworkscrafts.com.
